Your 12 Night Itinerary:

Day 1 Southampton, England: Southampton is a bustling port city bursting with history as well as shopping opportunities, great restaurants and superb pubs. Nearby you'll find the quaint town of Windsor, where you can visit the many boutiques of High Street or enjoy a tour of historic Windsor Castle.

Day 2 Paris (Le Havre), France: The allure and romance of Paris are legendary. This capital city of France is home to innumerable museums, such as the Louvre, Musne d'Orsay, Musne Picasso and Musne Rodin, parks and gardens, including the Tuileries Garden on the banks of the Seine and the Left Bank Luxembourg Garden, as well as monuments such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.

Day 3 Paris (Le Havre), France

Day 4 At Sea: Relax in our impressive AquaSpa and let us transport you to a whole new world with treatments inspired by rituals from exotic cultures. Discover a state of complete tranquility as you experience a luxurious spa afloat.

Day 5 Bordeaux (Le Verdon), France: The city of Bordeaux is stunning when approached from the south along the river.
The
narrow streets of the eighteenth-century city are lined with grand mansions from Bordeaux's glory days, and the whole of the city centre is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Aside from the aesthetic appeal of its old centre, some excellent museums, some even finer restaurants and a fantastic nightlife make Bordeaux an absorbing town, well worth a few days of anybody's time.

Day 6 Bordeaux (Le Verdon), France:

Day 7 Bilbao, Spain: Stretching 14km along the narrow valley of the Río Nervión, Bilbao is a large city that rarely feels like one, its urban sprawl having engulfed a series of once-separate communities. Even in the city centre you can always see green mountain slopes beyond the high-rises. Though Bilbao originally started out as a cluster of fishing villages on the left bank of the river, what's generally regarded as the old town – the Casco Viejo, which grew up between the fourteenth and nineteenth centuries – lies across the river on the east bank.

Day 8 Bilbao, Spain:

Day 9 Vigo, Spain: Few cities enjoy such a magnificent natural setting as Vigo. Arrayed along the sloping southern shoreline of its namesake estuary, it enjoys superb views not only of the bay itself, surrounded by green forest ridges, but also out towards the ocean. It's undeniably magnificent when seen from a ship entering the harbour. Along the seafront early in the morning, kiosks revive fishermen with strong coffee, while there and in the lively daily market hall nearby, the Mercado da Pedra, their catch is sold. Immediately below, women set out plates of fresh oysters on permanent granite tables to tempt passers-by on the aptly named Rúa da Pescadería. Climbing the nearby stairs to Praza A Pedra, you'll find the understated El Emigrante, a good place for raciones.

Day 10 Porto (Leixoes), Portugal: At the mouth of the Rio Douro, the hilly city of Porto presents a jumble of styles, eras and attitudes: narrow medieval alleyways, extravagant baroque churches, prim little squares, and wide boulevards lined with stately beaux-arts edifices.
Porto’s historic centre is the Ribeira district, a Unesco World Heritage zone of winding lanes, zigzagging staircases and tiled churches peering around every corner. Old traditions live on as tripeiros (Porto residents) mingle before old storefronts, on village-style plazas and in the old houses of commerce where Roman ruins lurk beneath the foundations.
