The Bobby Byrne Show

is a unique blend of music
that features Broadway show-stoppers, Irish ballads, Italian arias, hilarious novelty numbers, Elvis Presley
rockers and old time sing-a-long songs. Bobby will often segue from a foot-stomping medley of Elvis Presley rockers to a classical aria like "Vesti La Giubba" from "Pagliacci". Then, before you can dry the tears after that one, he'll have you laughing at something called "Bridey Murphy and the Kamikaze Pilot".

Unfortunately, to describe his show by its content does nothing to convey the effect this man has on an audience. In this age of electronic entertainment, Bobby Byrne
is a throwback to another era, a time when performers lived
or died on their merits in front of a live audience. Those were the days of Jimmy Durante
and Al Jolson, Fanny Brice and Sophie Tucker, of Judy Garland and Eddie Cantor. Each of those great performers from the past was proud to be known not as a singer or as a recording artist or a television personality or a comic, but simply as an "entertainer".

Bobby is a favored entertainer of many other celebrities, having performed at parties hosted or attended by George Steinbrenner, Rudolph Giuliani, Donald Trump, Mary Higgins Clark, Lee Iacocca, and David Dinkins, to name just a few. He has played Carnegie Hall twice, the PNC Arts Center several times, the Philadelphia Academy of Music, and on the main altar for the centennial of St. Patrick's Cathedral. He has performed in Atlantic City's casino hotels as well as in the hotels and cabarets of Germany, Cancun, the Bahamas, Hawaii and New York. In Washington, D.C., he has performed many times on Capitol Hill, where many House Representatives, Senators and Congressional staffers have become ardent admirers. He has hosted and entertained 700 Bobby Byrne fans aboard the MV Horizon on a cruise to Alaska, and thousands more on custom "Bobby Byrne Tours" to Ireland, Italy, Canada and Spain, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Branson, and more.

"Entertainer" is the one word that sums up the essence of Bobby Byrne.
